Prescott-Russell Entrepreneurship Centre

The Prescott and Russell Entrepreneurship Centre (PREC) was created to focus on the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are the backbone of Ontario’s economy, creating jobs, innovation and prosperity. We help small business owners and entrepreneurs succeed in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell by offering information, tools and support during start-up and growth stages of business operation. We also offer seminars, workshops and networking opportunities that are designed with the entrepreneur in mind.

The Employment Services Centre (CSEPR)

The Employment Services Centre (CSEPR) serves job seekers, workers, entrepreneurs and employers in the greater Prescott and Russell region in Ontario. Our non-profit organization was incorporated in 1983. To better serve our clientele, we operate three branches, including the head office in Hawkesbury and offices in Rockland and Embrun.

Provinces, territories and hundreds of municipalities have collaborated together to provide you with the permits and licences that may be required to start and grow your business.

Société de développement communautaire de Prescott et Russell

The Prescott-Russell Community Development Corporation is a support agency for local economic development in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell.

The main objective is to maintain and create jobs in the community.  The Prescott-Russell Community Development Corporation (PRCDC), through an investment fund, offer high-risk funding to small and medium-sized businesses in the form of loans, loan guarantees and shared capital.  We support and encourage all job creation and enhancement initiatives.

ACFO PR is a non-profit organization, founded in 1977 by Francophones who care about the well-being of Francophone residents in the vast territory of Eastern Ontario. ACFO PR was formed to inform and seek the cooperation of all Francophones in advancing the determination of an identity and recognition in Ontario.
